Customer account

  • How can I create a customer account?

    Click on the "Create account" tab at the top left. Your company data will be checked immediately after registration. Until this check is complete, the recommended retail prices for the products will be displayed. After approval, the prices will be adjusted automatically.

  • How can I create multiple users as a company?

    In the area "Orders of my company" you can see and compare your orders and those of other employees of your company. If you want to activate this function in your account or if you want to add another employee, please contact our ISOLED office staff.

  • How can I change my customer data?

    All customer data such as name, e-mail address as well as delivery and billing address can be changed by you under the heading "my account".

  • How do I change my password?

    Under the heading "My account" you can change or reset your password if you have forgotten it. If you encounter any problems, please contact our office staff.

  • How do I delete my customer account?

    To cancel your account, please contact our office staff.

      ATTENTION:
      For parcels over 2 metres, increased shipping costs apply. You will be contacted by our office staff after placing your order.
      Below a net order value of € 50, a minimum quantity surcharge of € 8 applies.
      From a net order value of € 200 for parcels up to 2m there are no shipping costs.

    • How do I place an order?

      Place the desired products in the shopping basket and then click on the "Complete order" button. You can also move items from the shopping cart to the watch list or delete your shopping cart.

    • How do I redeem a discount code?

      In your shopping cart, you will see the tab "Enter discount code" on the left side under the summary of your order. Enter the code here and click on "Apply discount".

    • How can I get a quotation?

      Go to your shopping cart and click on the button "Request a quote".

    • How can I deposit a commission?

      In the shopping basket, you can enter comments on the individual items. This is also possible for your entire order in the check-out. You can view all the comments you have written in your account.

    • How can I have my order sent to multiple addresses?

      You have the option of adding additional delivery addresses in your shopping basket on the right-hand side under your order summary under the heading "Send order to multiple addresses".

    • How do I change my order?

      Once the order has been confirmed, it can no longer be changed online. Please contact our office staff for this.

      • Can I have products custom-made?

        We are happy to assemble LED flex stripes, profiles and cables according to your individual wishes and specifications. You can find detailed information on assembly here (link). It is also possible to manufacture waterproof LED elements (link) and project-specific adaptation of individual articles.

      • Can I download article master data, photos and price lists?

        You can download all article master data, price lists and light files at any time under the heading "My account" under the tab "Customer downloads".

      • How do I get information about my product?

        If you are logged in to your account, you can access the accompanying sheets of the respective product in the shop at any time. You will find these documents in the tab "Documents |Data sheets |LDT" next to the item description. For further information, please contact our staff.

      In general

      • What is the RRP switch?

        If you activate the RRP switch, you have the option of hiding prices in the shop, for example when you want to present products to customers.

      • How does ISOLED's returns management work?

        1. register the return via our RMA tool: www.isoled.shop/en/rma-service


        2. pack the return securely for transport and enclose all return documents. Then affix the shipping ticket generated for you. Please note:
        - Delivery must not have taken place more than 3 months ago
        - Goods must be in perfect condition (with unmarked original packaging; no signs of use).
        - Excluded from return are: Confections, items with sample discount and discontinued items.


        3. you have 14 days after registration to return the package(s). The return is at your own expense.


        4. we will process your return as quickly as possible. A processing fee of at least 20 euros or 10% of the returned goods value will be charged per reported return.


        5. you will receive your refund in the form of a credit note.

      • Is there an ISOLED catalogue?

        Our catalogue is available in a total of four partial editions, so that you always have the right catalogue with the appropriate product groups at hand.       • How can I provide feedback?

        You can contact us at any time via the contact form (link) and send us your feedback.

      • How do I subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter?

        If you are interested in receiving our ISOLED Infomail, you can subscribe to the newsletter here (www.isoled.shop/en/infomail). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on "Unsubscribe Infomail" in the footer of the newsletter. You can also cancel your newsletter subscription under the heading "My account" by removing the tick from "General subscription".
