RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization

3 months return

Incorrect order? Too many goods ordered?

Send the items back to us within 3 months from the date of delivery!

1. Registration of the return: Register the return as usual exclusively via our RMA tool.

2. Pack the return securely for transport and enclose all return receipts. Then stick on the shipping ticket generated for you.

Please note the following:

  • Delivery must not be older than 3 months
  • Goods must be in perfect condition (with unmarked original box; without traces of use)
  • Excluded from return are: Confections, items with sample discount and discontinued items.
3. You have 14 days after registration to post the package(s). The return is at your own expense.
4. We will process your return as quickly as possible. A processing fee of at least 20 € or 10% of the returned goods value will be charged per reported return.
5. You will receive your refund in the form of a credit note.
